DuPage County Board member Tonia Jane Khouri, of Aurora, offers a more hard-line approach toward taxes. She supports the elimination or consolidation of Illinois’ unnecessary layers of government. A longtime business owner, she also has a more sophisticated perspective on Illinois’ unfriendly business climate and policies needed to correct it. Khouri is the stronger candidate in this matchup. She is endorsed.
